What is ICQ ?
--------------
ICQ is a revolutionary, user-friendly Internet tool that informs you
who's on-line at any time and enables you to contact them at will.
No longer will you search in vain for friends or associates on the Net.
ICQ does the searching for you, alerting you in real time when they log on.
The need to conduct a directory search each time you want to communicate
with a specific person is eliminated.
ICQ are trademark of ICQ Inc.
What is ICQ Plus ?

ICQ Plus is a utility allowing to change appearance of the ICQ98, ICQ99.
You can create your own skins. ICQ Plus runs on Windows 95/98 and
Windows NT 4.X.
ICQ Plus Features
------------------
- change background images of dialog boxes (bmp, jpeg, gif images
are supported)
- change main menu image
- change animation (set own animated gif or avi file instead of standard
ICQ animation)
- change style of dialog boxes, buttons and other controls
- individual dialog box settings
- import and export skin files via zip file
- multiuser support
Installation
---------------
- Unzip ICQ Plus package.
- Run Setup.exe. The installation wizard will guide you through
the install process.
- Restart computer.
- Select in ICQ main menu "Plus" item and choose skin or create your own skin.
