  19. ICQ is a revolutionary, user-friendly Internet tool that informs you
  20. who's on-line at any time and enables you to contact them at will.
  21. No longer will you search in vain for friends or associates on the Net.
  22. ICQ does the searching for you, alerting you in real time when they log on.
  23. The need to conduct a directory search each time you want to communicate

  29. ICQ Plus is a utility allowing to change appearance of the ICQ98, ICQ99.
  30. You can create your own skins. ICQ Plus runs on Windows 95/98 and
